Exercise :)

So I just want to say if your over weight start EXERCISING!!! I have graduation coming up but i am so fat i don't like the way dresses fit me!!! (not extremelly fat but i have a big belly! :(  It's so sad!!! So i have to work out every morning just to lose 1 pound in one week!!! please do it secretly if you have to because i hate it when my parents are looking, and we had a one bedroom apartment so mo privacy at all!! so i wake and when my brother is bathing and mom is sleeping I do push up (like1 lol ... no like 5) jump rope walk around,count steps, run laps in circles etc. I haven't had any changes but i think it might work in a month of doing it everyday.
